The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the pool area was lovely! The mini-mart was a lifesaver for a late-night snack for the kids.
The AC was louder than my ex at a karaoke bar, and the sheets felt like they hadn't fully escaped the dryer.

This place was an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in San Diego with all in all brilliant value for money. The small convenience store downstairs made grabbing snacks incredibly easy for our family. Just be aware that parking might be tricky, especially during busy times.

I enjoyed my stay in the Old Town area, which made it easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. The staff helped with all my questions during check-in and throughout my stay. A highlight was the friendly bartender who served drinks at the evening bar, making it a relaxing end to the day.
The room had a loud air conditioning unit which made it hard to sleep. Also, the cleaning service was not consistent, as I had to ask for towels due to delays.

Perfect spot in Old Town!
I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room and loved the location, so close to Old Town! The hotel's comfy vibes were a win. Plus, they had some fun family games which were nice. Just a bummer that I had to wait forever for towels—over an hour, really? But hey, what can ya do!
